How do I get an
appointment?

email us to set
up an appointment. We will work with your schedule to find a
convenient time and location for the cleaning.
How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the car and how dirty
it is, but the average appointment takes two hours. You do not
need to be present, though, so for you it shouldn’t take any time
at all!
What do I need to do to
prepare my
car?
Nothing! We’ll even throw away all those random
napkins and recycle the empty water bottles. If you want your
trunk vacuumed, however, you will need to make sure it isn’t
completely packed. We’ll remove a few items like umbrellas and ice
scrapers, but if the trunk is stuffed, we’ll just assume you don’t
need it vacuumed.
Where can you clean my car?
You choose the location – your home, your work
or anywhere you like. We can clean outside as long as the
temperature is greater than 40° and it is not raining. We can also
clean in most garages as long as there is sufficient light and
space around the car. It is helpful, but not necessary, to be near
a power source.
How can you clean my car

Our professional technicians do all the work by
hand, eliminating the need for high-powered wash equipment. For
the outside, we use a cleaning formula that has been specially
developed for use on cars. It is a plant-based cleaner that is
sprayed on the vehicle and encapsulates dirt on contact.
Micro-fiber towels are then used to gently clean the surface and
buff it to a beautiful shine. For the inside, we use a battery
operated vacuum when there is no readily available power source.
How often should I have Emerald
clean my car?
As often as you want! Most of our customers
make appointments quarterly or semi-annually as a way to give
their car a deep cleaning and then use standard car washes in
between.

There are many reasons to keep your car in its
best condition. First, a clean car will mean more satisfaction for
you and a longer life for your vehicle. Second, a clean interior

How do I pay for your services?
You can pay the technician with a check or cash
at the completion of the cleaning. If you will not be present, let
us know when you make the appointment and we can make other
arrangements.

Just refer three of your friends or coworkers.
Have them mention your name when setting up their appointments.
Once all three pay for their cleaning services, you will receive a
free cleaning code. Mention the code when you make your next
appointment and the cleaning is free!
